Appartment is secure and very well located. Bathroom and kitchen are great. The bed is a couch which is confortable enough. It allows also to create space for eating. Great balcony as well. If your looking for a functionnal appartment for 2 that allows to vist paris easily, that is perfect.
Nothing. To me everything was awesome. I'm a wealthy backpacker. I prefer to visit and so many things than to stay at the hotel. But for people looking for an hotel, this is not an hotel, though it would be an excellent room if it was an hotel, and it is clean as an hotel. Just don't expect any immediate service. But even the owner and the clerk were very nice and accomodating. Nothing to complain.

The place is nice and clean with many appliances and equipements. The location is ideal, closed to shops and tourist spots. The owner is very nice and responsive. I would greatly recommend if you'd like to spend great time in Paris.
