O apartamento é um estúdio com cozinha, banheiro e quarto com 2 camas de casal. Não tem sala. O prédio é novo, com garagem, e o apartamento é excelente para 4 pessoas em conceito aberto. Todo o mobiliário, ar condicionado, roupas, utensílios, de primeira qualidade, assim como os eletros domésticos todos novos. Camas confortáveis. Muito próximo da Vila Germânica.
