It's new so it needs some more work, but overall we had a lovely stay and will come back

This property is new and feels luxurious. The games room is a nice touch but the PlayStation was the real star of the vacation! The hosts were very communicative. It has a high garden which we didn't use because of the weather but it looks perfect for kids to play on a nice day... The hot tub is a game changer even when the weather is rubbish! We loved the design and the showers and hot water are great too! You can feel it's a new property so it needs more work in terms of making sure it's ready for the guests..but overall we had a nice stay

When we arrived the front door was locked from the inside in a way we couldn't open. It was raining and cold and we were stuck outside with young children and a baby. Luckily someone forgot to lock the back door and we found it's open after half an hour of trying to get in. The handle of that door was broken so a bit tricky to close it. The beds weren't so comfortable (water bed vibes, some people like it), the hot tub had so many chemicals inside it so when we turned the bubbles mode on our eyes were burning and we started to cough... It has a washing machine but no dryer so it's not really relevant to use here in the UK most of the time... In the biggest bedroom there's a standing mirror, not attached to the wall... It's very dangerous for children - so just be aware of it We asked for a baby cot in one of the rooms and it wasn't ready (it was stored in the property but we had to ask for it again, look for it and prepare it). It was brand new which is nice. It doesn't have to do with the property itself but note that** the road from the property to Oxford is blocked for months.. so it actually takes twenty minutes to get to the centre instead of five...
