Ultra-Modern 6-Bedroom in Golf Course - PH6

The villa is beautifully designed, stylish, and very spacious. It was clean, well-maintained, and definitely worth the money from a design perspective. In fact, the property looks even better in person than in the photos. The swimming pool area is stunning, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a group getaway.

Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor management and service. I rented the entire 6-bedroom villa, so naturally I expected all six rooms to be fully functional. However, the air conditioning in one bedroom did not work at all, and several other rooms had weak or ineffective air conditioning. When I reported the issue, the management’s response was disappointing. Instead of sending someone to fix the problem, they told me there was nothing they could do because the villa is a glass house and therefore naturally hot. For a property at this price point, that is not an acceptable explanation. The check-in process was also frustrating. The instructions were unclear, and nowhere in the booking process did I notice that guests are required to provide a 5,000 THB cash deposit or transfer. There was no option to use a credit card, which was inconvenient. Another unpleasant surprise was being informed that I had to pay extra for electricity usage. When paying around 21,000 THB (approximately USD 700) per night, I would expect all major costs to be clearly disclosed upfront. What disappointed me most was the overall level of service. When guests report a problem such as a broken air conditioner, the management should focus on resolving it promptly rather than asking unrelated questions about the stay or offering excuses. Although the villa advertises maid service during the stay, guests are still required to wash their own dishes. I found that rather strange and inconsistent with the level of service one would expect from a luxury villa. Finally, despite the beautiful interior design and attractive bedrooms, the actual sleeping experience was poor. The mattresses felt cheap and springy, and the bed linens were uncomfortable. Several people in our group experienced itchiness and skin irritation after sleeping in the beds. I’m not sure whether it was due to the bedding material or cleanliness, but it certainly affected our comfort.
