    Property not maintained and unclean. They tried to give us a bad room and then when we complained only then they gave us the room that we had booked. The bedsheet had hair and dirt. The towels were also not clean

    i booked a 2 rooms in Hotel Grand Tulsi Nanded from 16 april to 17th april 2026.we got room no. ### and ###. hotel rooms and bathroom were very dirty and in middle of night at 1am suddenly there was so much noises like someone dropped bomb on you and it continued till 3am and when i went to see issue they were fixing tables and chairs for event next day. i told authorities but they didn’t care about this and people over there they said they booked this place for event and they will not stop. because of this my father who is heart patient he got very sick and we couldn’t sleep all nights. this is first time i saw this thing in my life. how could a hotel do this to their guests in middle of night. i am attaching video which i made in middle of night and my booking reciept too. i want refund for this. please look into this matter thank you.
