The room is clean, pretty basic furnishing, aircond is not cold even though it was at 16°C. The room has a big sliding door with a balcony, good lighting.
One thing I like about the place is that they have 2 areas for lifts, each with 4 lifts, however, we were unlucky to get the bombo lift half of the time...
This condo has lots of facilities, e.g. badminton court, basketball court, tennis court, table tennis, gym, swimming pool. Each building has it's own gym room and swimming pool, can use from free startint at 7am, while the one in 5th floor require payment. However they do not have an app for badminton court booking, only via emai.
Lots of parking, there're restaurant, laundromat, convenience store downstairs, and franchise restaurants nearby.
They do have a check-in counter operates until 9.30pm, if you're later than that you need to get the access card from the guard.
