    1) Receptionist sangat mesra pelanggan. Staff dia baik-baik. 2) Parking ada di level basement sahaja. Tiada lif. Open parking. Kalau hari minggu maybe penuh. Kalau hari bekerja masih ada ruang kosong. Parking tak banyak. Kena jalan kaki dari parking ke pintu utama. Parking level basement, setakat jalan kaki ke entrance tak jauh pun. 3) Kebersihan: bilik memang bersih. Tapi kalau laluan nak ke bilik tu, bawa mengucap banyak-banyak. Tapi kebersihan bilik memang puas hati sgt. Aircond sejuk. Katil semua kemas. Nak komen kebersihan cadar tilam takda sgt sebab mmg kami punya bersih. Saya booked bilik yg ada peti sejuk tp dpt yg takda peti. Malas nak tukar/complain. Tandas pun bersih. 4) Iron board di luar. Depan lif setiap level. Masalahnya, tempat iron yg mcm cushion ats iron board tu teruk bebenor. Selalu iron board ada alas. Ni alas takda. Dengan terkoyak sbb termakan panas iron lg. Nak iron baju pun tersangkut2. Dengan dia punya cushion ats iron board bergerak2. Sumpah menyusahkan. Tak tahulah pihak hotel tak cukup duit ke apa, pihak management macam mana tackle this issue. 5) Hotel agak suram. Lampu pun suram.

    Staff sangat baik and ramah. Bilik yang dapat pon luas and water heater sangat function. Staff provide bilik yang menghadap sungai. Jangan judge based on review. Go for experience dulu., great location with easy access to main attraction. Maybe new management, kawasan luar hotel and laluan ke bilik a bit messy. Overall semua okay. Malam tidur nyenyak sebab katil empuk sangat
