The space
Upon entering the spacious foyer, 7 steps lead you to the main living area. A fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in island is open to the dinning space that holds a large window seat and an expandable dining table accommodating up to 10 guests. The cozy living room features a standalone wood stove, while the library is stocked with books and games for leisurely moments. A generous patio, complete with a grill, is perfect for casual alfresco meals. On the main floor, you'll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds.
The upstairs mezzanine boasts a small pool table and a comfortable sectional for games or TV watching. Patio doors open to a balcony that captures the light from picturesque sunsets. On the upper floor there is bathroom, with a large standalone tub, a bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available.
The outdoor spaces include a pea gravel area behind a privacy fence, featuring a firepit and ample space for games. The serene beach is a mere 3-minute walk from the cottage, and an additional 5-minute stroll on the sand takes you to Aboiteau Beach for a livelier atmosphere.
