    Extremely happy with this hotel. The staff is super hospitable and helpful. Clean rooms, fresh interiors, very modern and updated. The entrance of the hotel throws you off a bit, but once you're in it's super comfortable all! Will definitely stay here again

    You can order delivery packages to this hotel!!! they have a space for it by the reception! Starting with the not so good parts, 1. can skip the breakfast, selection was bad, quality was mid 2. sound proofing of the room is not great, can hear corridor and door closings but hotel is still generally quite quiet between 11pm to 6am, even for the rooms near the reception 3. 9/10 for cleanliness but i am very particular so this is just me being nitpicky 4. hotel entrance seems a bit suspicious and old but hotel was okay For the good parts, 1. bed was EXTREMELY comfortable (on the harder foam side) super good for the back, provided 2 pillows each so total 4 which is rare for hotels nowadays 2. staff were friendly and helpful, we came to leave our luggage at 11am, no plans to check in but they tried their best to find us a room, did not manage to get one because ours was an upgraded room, but they checked in for us beforehand so when we went back we just needed to collect our room keys. 3. visualiser was great, must connect to wifi to screen so prepare a vpn if you want! 4. there is a robot that delivers your food TO YOUR DOORSTEP when it arrives! so don't need to collect at the reception if your room is all the way down the corridor ! Honestly one of the better if not best hotels i have stayed at! especially for the price! 100% would stay again when i visit guangzhou again. Can't really say much about location as we didi everywhere!

    The staffs are friendly and provide excellent service. However, the facilities have rooms to be improved. We came across same type of rooms equiped differently (eg. fridge may or may not be available in the room). Noise isolation in the room is poor. faulty plumbing and air-conditioning were reported during our stay.
