    So far rmh okay, luas n selesa dua bilik. Sume bilik n ruang tamu ada aircond and extra toto pun disediakan. Rumah hadap pool. Ade smart tv, cooking utensil n iron. Smua okay, puas hati n boleh repeat stay. Cuma ade yg boleh di tambah baik 1. Tmbh bidet n pipe utk kegunaan tandas. Skrg guna baldi n shower utk tadah air 2. Kasi cermin toilet frosted sikit atau tinted.. Org tgkt atas blh tgk direct dlm toilet. Kami tutup dgn towel yg dsediakn

    Kami book homestay ini agak last minute, untuk singgah di PD sebelum pulang ke JB. Book homestay jam 6+ pm, tiba di sana jam 10pm. Malangnya, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat mengecewakan. Lokasi Homestay di area Teluk Kemang, berhadapan Politeknik PD, agak jauh dari pekan PD. Sedikit keliru & seram bila sampai di kawasan homestay. Parking mudah & banyak, persekitaran sunyi sebab tak ramai penghuni / jiran. Sebaik masuk ke rumah, kami mendapati keadaan rumah agak usang & kurang bersih. Terdapat botol air di lantai dapur, karpet di pintu masuk yang kotor, sisa air di dalam jug dan dapur gas portable yang rosak disimpan di bawah sink. Terdapat juga sepasang kasut wanita di pintu masuk. Kemudahan yang dinyatakan di Agoda seperti air mineral tidak disediakan. Selain itu, tiada sabun mandi, syampu atau tuala disediakan, hanya terdapat sisa sabun buku yang telah digunakan. Rumah kelihatan seperti dah lama tak dihuni dengan bau udara terperap & cadar katil yang tidak dipasang dengan kemas. Kakak saya juga mengalami gigitan yang menyebabkan tangan menjadi gatal & bengkak. Keadaan tandas sangat tidak memuaskan. Air paip yang keluar berwarna coklat & tempat duduk toilet bowl mempunyai tompokan hitam. Kami hanya menggunakan tandas sekadar untuk membersihkan diri kerana kurang selesa untuk berada di dalamnya terlalu lama. Beberapa isu yang pernah disebut dalam review terdahulu juga masih belum diperbaiki, seperti tiada langsir pada tingkap tandas yang menjejaskan privasi, dan tiada paip bidet di sebelah toilet bowl sehingga terpaksa menggunakan shower head selepas menggunakan tandas. Kami telah memaklumkan keadaan rumah kepada tuan rumah dan menerima permohonan maaf. Beliau juga meminta QR untuk tujuan pampasan, namun sehingga kini tiada bayaran diterima (sudah melebihi 36jam). Secara keseluruhannya, saya tak recommend homestay ini. Dengan harga RM264 semalam, saya merasakan terdapat pilihan penginapan lain yang jauh lebih bersih, selesa & berbaloi. (Nota; gambar di ambil adalah keadaan semasa masa kami masuk) Walaupun kami kecewa, tapi kami ucapkan terima kasih untuk hospitality ye, tuan rumah
