    I have been spending a significant amount of money with the expectation that this property would provide at least the minimum standard of a resort, as advertised in your descriptions and images. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and does not align with what was promised. The following serious issues were observed during my stay: • No amenities as shown in the pictures or descriptions • No reception area and no proper guest support • No restaurant facility • No proper parking space; the area is very congested • Pool area is unsafe, poorly maintained, and lacks privacy • No regular maintenance of the swimming pool • No hot water facility in the room • Campfire was promised, but nothing was arranged • Room and bed were dirty upon arrival • Room was very congested, creating safety hazards • Multiple incidents of injuries caused by sharp/unsafe bed edges • Breakfast was not provided on time and only served after repeated complaints • Only one staff member was managing all services, resulting in poor response and service quality Overall, the property fails to meet even basic hospitality and safety standards, let alone the resort-level experience that was advertised. This amounts to misrepresentation, and the stay caused inconvenience, discomfort, and safety concerns
