The Space:

With breathtaking views of the ocean, comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living area, you will be in paradise. This Oceanfront condo also features a spacious balcony where you can sit back and relax. With the complex having 2 pools, a kids pool, and 2 hot tubs (subject to seasonal hours below), this rental is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: From the parking lot, take the stairs **No elevator** up to the 2nd floor. It will be self check-in with a keypad access code.



Kitchen: Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Breakfast bar. Cup coffee machine.



Family room: Spacious convertible sofa with a queen bed and access to oceanfront balcony.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom. Queen bed with balcony access, oceanfront views and an attached Master bathroom.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Convertible King bed that can be easily converted to two single beds.



Bathroom 2: In the hallway.



Balcony: Oceanfront. Unobstructed. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.



Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.



Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. It’s a quiet, family friendly complex that is within a quick drive to all of the most popular attractions!

Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Max guest count is 6.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.
