About this campground/ rv resort rental
Welcome to our little home away from home! We purchased it a couple of years ago to explore and now we want to share it with you. It has been with us on some great adventures in Ontario, Quebec, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and now it’s ready to stay in one place and give you a cozy, comfortable place to stay while in Beaumont.

The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:
A few noteworthy things to know :
Please dispose of toilet paper in the bathroom trash can, as the lines can become clogged, which will incur an expensive repair for you.
Garbage is disposed of in the large green trash can by the garage. This should be rolled to the front of the driveway on Tuesday evenings for Wednesday pick-up and rolled back into place as soon after pick-up as possible.
The holding tanks will be pumped out once a week but please alert the manager, Heidi, if the gauge says tanks are full before that time.
Please carefully scrape dishes before washing to avoid clogging pipes.
The awning must be retracted after use as the wind could damage it. Always retract at night before bed. This is important as wind damage will also incur a costly repair for you.
Please do not hang anything from the arms of the awning.
Heating and air conditioning are both controlled by the thermostat on the wall near the refrigerator.
Lights are controlled by the switch at the main entrance door, but the amount of lighting can be controlled by pressing the button on the bottom of each light when the main switch is on.
Bedroom lights are controlled by this button.
The power to the trailer is 15 amps, so please don’t run AC and appliances at the same time as a fuse will be blown. If this should occur, the breaker panel is located under the stove.
Please turn off the AC and lights when you leave the trailer.
Windows open by popping latch and sliding them.
Please be gentle with the trailer as they aren’t constructed as heartily as stationary houses.
Please bring any issues to Heidi’s immediate attention, as little things can become big things when left unresolved.
