About this apartment rental
At "Ma Maison Lofts" you will feel at home. Downtown Penthouse N° 5 is a unique 90m² Loft, with a private heated pool on a 50m² exclusive roof garden overlooking Acropolis and Technopolis, a breath away from the archaeological sites of Athens, 50m from the Kerameikos metro station. Plunge into the pool with the amazing views, lie down on the lounger and drink your cocktail, sleep on Egyptian cotton sheets, relax in the sofa watching SAT TV. It would be our honor to host you. This is a two-storey loft with internal staircase and high ceilings consisted by one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and a WC. It has enormous balconies in every level and it’s unique feature is the private pool on the roof garden that can be accessed through the top balcony. Let’s see the details: • Private heated pool (15 square meters), • Roof garden with fantastic views to Acropolis and Technopolis. It has 2 loungers and a big sofa where you can relax and enjoy your cocktails watching the beautiful sunset, • Comfortable Italian design sofa and chair and a flat 49inch smart tv with a satellite tv , Netflix and a lot of free satellite channels. All the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting, • Second smart TV in the bedroom, • Strong Wi-Fi high speed internet for you (+300 Mbps), • Central autonomous heating system, • 2 Air Conditions, • Instant use of hot water through natural gas, • Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, • Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and coffees (Nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece), • Bathroom with a shower cabin, • WC in the living room, • Outdoor shower at the pool, • Hairdryer, • Bedroom with a king size double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all-weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items, • The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, hot chocolate, chamomile, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey. For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Thank you for your cooperation.
Below you will find some rules for your stay in
our home. Please make sure that you have understood everything and will act
accordingly:
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
• No parties or any type of events.
• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property we have to be informed in advance in order to give permission.
• No pets.
• Kids must never be left unattended anywhere that could put them in danger.
• Never share the codes with anyone else besides the current guests of the suite.
• It is forbidden to leave the card into the reader when you are not at home. This is mostly for safety reasons as well as environmental purposes. In case you leave it into the reader you will be responsible for anything that may occur.
• When you leave the apartment, you have to make sure that every door or window is completely closed. This has to be done for security reasons. If you leave any of the above open you will be responsible for anything that may occur.
• When you leave the apartment, you have to make sure that you haven't left anything on. This is for safety reasons mainly as well as for environmental purposes. Specifically, you have to turn off all the lights, all the A/Cs, the oven and the kitchen stove, the air absorber, the dishwasher and the washing machine and any other electrical appliance that is on.
• Take a shower before entering the pool.
• Max height of the pool is 1.10 meters.
• Diving into the pool is forbidden.
• Don't eat or drink alcohol before entering the pool.
• Safety equipment such as a pool life ring and hook are available by the pool.
• Take caution of the wet floor. No running
• Running water shall not be used in the balcony. In case you want to clean it, you will use the broom and the mop.
• During the night you are strongly advised to close the balcony doors of the apartment. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens generally is a safe city but we have to be careful.
• Do not throw toilet paper or anything else (feminine hygiene products, wipes etc.) in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.
• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the apartment.
