Hi! We’re Rachel & Jason (Pumpkin & Pea) — travelers, parents of two teens, and lovers of all things cozy. We designed this space with the same warmth and comfort we look for when traveling. Our inviting townhome features three bedrooms (one king and two queens) and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just minutes from Red Hawk Golf, a short drive to historic Mesilla for sights and shopping, and only an hour from the breathtaking White Sands National Park, this is the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure. I have been participating in the Bataan Memorial Death March in las Cruces for 20 years. I have stayed in most of the hotels and this year decided to go VRBO route! AMAZING! This property is spotless and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing and the communication was outstanding. I recommend this "cozy place" to anyone who is coming to Las Cruces. I will be booking again soon for next year! THANKS to the amazing hosts! YOU ROCK

The host is very friendly and welcoming. We loved the home during our stay! It was clean very spacious and beautifully decorated. We have two little ones and the property was safe for all ages. The neighborhood was family oriented and easily accessible to walk to the nearest parks. We would definitely recommend to our friends a family.

The host, Rachel and Jason were wonderful! Thank you for opening up your home. Very clean, organized, and beautifully furnished. All the essentials were available to guest. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Very nice home, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, comfy living room seating. Host was very responsive and worked hard to make the stay nice for her guests. We enjoyed our stay!
