About this apartment rental
Welcome to your brand-new, chic bachelor unit in the lively Secord community of West Edmonton! Professionally designed and furnished, this sleek space offers modern sophistication with state-of-the-art amenities and minimalist décor.
Enjoy upscale urban living with easy access to attractions: the West Edmonton Mall is just an 8-12 minute drive, and River Cree Casino is 7-9 minutes away. A queen bed and well-appointed kitchen ensure a comfortable stay.
The main-level unit has a shared entrance (1-2 steps up). A car is convenient, but a bus stop is only 2 minutes away and goes to the Mall. We`re always available by message or phone!
Long-Term Rental Policy (30+ Days)
Bookings exceeding 30 days are governed by the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act. A formal residential lease agreement must be signed, and we require the first month`s rent along with a security deposit equal to one month`s rent. In accordance with provincial law, we will complete mandatory move-in and move-out inspection reports together. Your security deposit will be held in a trust account and fully refunded within 10 days of check-out, provided the property is returned in its original condition (excluding normal wear and tear). The cost of repairing any physical damage caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit as permitted by law.
- When entering the apartment at night please be quiet as there are neighbours who live close
- Please take off your shoes at the entrance mat
- Quiet time 10:00pm-7:00am
- Guests cannot bring animals
- Children are allowed but we don`t consider our bnb to be 100% child friendly.
- Replacement keys/fob will cost $100 each
- Absolutely no parties
- Turn lights off when not in the suite
- Please no smoking in the suite. If you smoke, please do so on the balcony with the door closed. Any smoking or vaping in the unit will result in a $500 fine.
- Absolutely no extra unconfirmed guests or visitors. Any guests must be registered with hosts.
- Please do not use towels or face cloths for removing makeup. Fees apply to stained towels where stains cannot be removed.
- Please do not leave windows open in winter for long periods of time
