About this cabin rental
Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, the Grand Bunk Cabin is ideally located for those who are looking for adventure or simply want to unwind in a peaceful environment. There are many perks to staying on Timber Lodge Ranch! You will have access to various activities/amenities throughout the Ranch. A complete list of activities can be found at the bottom!

Room 1-1 Queen, 2 Twin Bunkbeds (Sleeps 6)
Room 2-1 Queen, 2 Twin Bunkbeds (Sleeps 6)
Room 3- 4 Twin Bunkbeds (Sleeps 8)
Room 4 -2 Twin Bunkbeds (Sleeps 4)
Room 5 - 2 Twin Bunkbeds (Sleeps 4)
Room 6 -1 Queen, 2 Twin Bunkbeds (Sleeps 6)
Modern Amenities: The cabin offers modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen with both a Keurig Coffee Machine and a regular Coffee Machine. In addition, Smart TV, free WIFI, and plenty of board games are available for the whole group to enjoy!
Year-Round Comfort: The cabin is designed for year-round comfort, with central heat to keep guests warm on chilly winter nights and air conditioning for summer days. This versatility ensures that guests can enjoy the cabin in any season.
Outdoor Bliss: The expansive Ranch provides over 150 acres for guests to enjoy all the outdoor activities. From kayaking to zip lining there are a TON of options for
everyone.

-Zip-Line (additional fee and must request at time of booking)

Please keep in mind that the Ranch is situated in a very rural, natural setting along with all our outdoor activities. Those pretty deer, ducks, and other animals that you see outside your door also share the same space as ticks, chiggers, wasps, spiders, briars, and uneven terrain. You get the picture, we are in the woods, it’s part of the experience! Please understand that you are responsible for yourselves and your family. Also, We have internet but please expect it to not work like you are in the city. We highly suggest that you enjoy all the outdoor activities!
No Parties or Events Allowed Unless Approved by Management *all unauthorized parties will be asked to leave immediately with no refund
No Smoking Inside Property
Must be 25 years old to rent
Pets Allowed - Dogs ONLY *under 20 lbs - Mandatory Pet Fee $125 per stay - Max 1 pet
No Unregistered Guests Allowed ~ Must Have Approval from Management to Have Any Extra Guests on the Property at Any Time
We Know Accidents Happen - Please Report Any Damages
Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Please Do Not Move or Rearrange Furniture
Check-In and Check-Out Times Are Very Strict *We Do Not Allow Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Times unless Approved by Management
