Nestled just ten feet from the Byram River and surrounded by lush greenery, it's the perfect spot for a quiet escape or an entertainer's paradise. A tranquil retreat just 5 minutes from downtown Greenwich and 35 minutes from NYC.
The spacious 2,173 sqft home offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two stunning river-stone fireplaces for cozy evenings. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, and a soaking tub guarantee year-round comfort. A whole-home Sonos system built into the ceiling lets your favorite playlist follow you from the living room to the deck.
Outdoor Indulgence: Step outside to your heated pool, open until late autumn, or unwind year-round in the bubbling hot tub. Fire up one of two outdoor stoves—one poolside, one on the deck—or gather around the riverside fire pit for s'mores under the stars. JBL portable speakers let you bring the vibe wherever you go. The river-facing deck is perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Nearby you'll also find Island Beach and Great Captain's Island, both reachable by ferry, plus scenic nature spots like the Greenwich Audubon Center, Mianus River Park, and Binney Park.

Cameras record video only (no audio) and monitor outdoor common areas only. There are NO cameras in any indoor space, and NO cameras in any area where greater privacy is reasonably expected (bathrooms, bedrooms, showers, changing areas, etc.), in compliance with policies.
Cameras are active 24/7 and footage is retained solely for security purposes and the protection of guests and property. By booking and/or staying at this property, all guests acknowledge, consent to, and agree to this disclosure as required, Surveillance Devices Policy and applicable local, state, and federal laws. Tampering with, disabling, obstructing, or covering any security camera is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges, removal from the property, and/or reporting.
POOL HEATING FEE: The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $150.00 per day to cover the gas and electric required to run it. Pool heating must be requested in advance so it can be arranged before arrival. The equipment should not be attempted to be adjusted, which could cause harm and also damage to the equipment.

Quite simply one of the best home rentals where I have ever stayed. Nestled in the woods, yet very close to the local towns, restaurants, and frequent trains to New York City. The trees and streams surrounding the Cottage give you all the privacy you could ever need, and you feel more relaxed at every turn looking out the windows. The kitchen is fully functional, and the fireplace is impressive. David, the host, is prompt and responsive. He answered quickly, no question was too small for his attention. I highly recommend this Cottage in the woods for those who need to visit the Greenwich area, it certainly is a favorite of mine and I look forward to returning. Thank you, David, for making this experience possible.

A lovely property. The hot tub, fireplace and master suite made everything so special. We want to come back in the summertime for the pool! :)
