The living area is spacious, with plenty of seating for family and friends to take in a movie on the flat panel HDTV. There is a breakfast island with seating for 4. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest room has a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Washer and dryer are available in the property. Heliconia House accommodates up to four people.

Relax in pool after a day at the beach. Enjoy outdoor dining with a large dining setting under a covered patio area and use the gas grill to fire up a great dinner.

The pool heat is $100.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are two parking spaces reserved for the guests of this property.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
