We can offer you this spacious attractive 2 bedroom apartment, located in the stunning area of Playa Del Duque (Costa Adeje). Positioned on the 6th floor with access via a lift or the staircase.

The huge roof terrace also provides unbeatable views, with 360 degrees views of the south of Tenerife including the calmness of the Atlantic Ocean and the impressive mountains towards the back. The complex has 2 heated communal swimming pools and offers free sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore it is situated on such a tranquil complex in a beautiful location and with the many exclusive features the accommodation has, we regard this as reasonably valued.
This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

A further 700 meters will take you to Playa Del Duque beach which is one of the most prestigious beaches on the island. The accommodation has all amenities nearby therefore car hire is not required.
