Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 2223, a one-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse showcasing sweeping ocean views, dramatic coastal scenery, and radiant sunrises over the West Maui Mountains. Thoughtfully remodeled with high-end finishes, it combines timeless design with refined island luxury. Located within the world-class Kapalua Resort, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and fully embrace the spirit of Maui.
Bathed in natural light, the living room is a welcoming retreat, where panoramic sliding glass doors open to the endless blues of the Pacific and beyond. Designed with an open layout, it features comfortable seating, a queen pull-out sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning—the ideal setting to recharge and enjoy time together after a day of Maui adventures.
Just off the living room, the large, covered lanai becomes an outdoor living room of its own. From here, gaze out over the coastline, or greet the sunrise over the West Maui Mountains with your morning coffee. In the winter months, this becomes one of the most ideal vantage points for whale watching just offshore. Furnished with a dining set and two chaise lounges, the lanai provides a serene retreat for al fresco meals or quiet relaxation.
A dining table for four sits beside wrap-around windows, where expansive views of the resort set the stage for everything from sunlit breakfasts to intimate evening meals.

The sleeping accommodations were great! I loved that there was a full bath downstairs as well as upstairs. The kitchen had everything that you could need.
The property offers a fabulous view of the ocean and is a short walk from the beach. I believe that the unit we stayed in was one of the highest in elevation, which gave us the splendid views! The property was quiet and peaceful - a perfect retreat!

OMG - the views! 270 degrees of paradise, from watching surfers (and kite surfers!) in the breakwater, to the lush hillsides, enjoying drinks on the lanai, and even waking up to this! It was even better than anticipated. The walk down to the beach and boardwalk was easy and convenient. The condo is warm and comfortable and very well equipped, with two full bathrooms, one up and one down. We loved the covered carport, and the available snorkel gear was a plus!
Aside from the spectacular view, this was a beautifully appointed property. The two separate vanity bathroom areas were amazing. The closet was so big that we could have moved in for a month!
We made full use of the store at the resort, as well as the shave ice and a fantastic restaurant. We really could have done without a car; there was so much within walking distance. Easy and straightforward
