4SOM5 - Residence Soleil Marin - About 15 minutes walk from the center and beaches, 700m from the beach and 800 m from the city center in a quiet location.
Pleasant apartment for 4 people with terraces, nice view of hills and sea overview. It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a bed 160 cm and balcony open mountain view, living/ dining room, sofa bed 140 cm, TV, kitchen with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. Garage (private box).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: 15 € week
- Rental baby bed: 15 € week
- Rental wifi box: 39 € week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved Holiday Vouchers.
