This home is brand new construction, in the oldest city in the USA! Home is located in an older neighborhood with both old and new homes in the area. “West Augustine” is an up and coming area and a diverse neighborhood.

A vehicle is needed, “walking score” is low, though proximity to the downtown area is very close. Everything you need is within a 10 min drive.

Pet Rules:
Pre-Approval Required – Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet so we can make sure the home is set up for you.
Limit on Pets – Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (no cats unless pre-approved).
Supervision – Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
Yard Courtesy – Our fenced yard is for your furry friends’ enjoyment—please pick up after them immediately.
No Pets in Hot Tub – For health and safety, pets are not permitted in or around the hot tub.
Furniture & Bedding – We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless covered with provided blankets.
Noise – Please keep barking to a minimum, especially in the evenings, out of respect for neighbors.
Damage Policy – Any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility and may be subject to additional charges.
Flea-Free & Vaccinated – Pets must be flea-free and up to date on vaccinations.
