Experience Georgetown like a local in this fabulous 1-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of the Historic District. This property offers the perfect location to enjoy the best of the area. Whether you are looking to enjoy the beach, set out for a day of fishing and exploring by boat, play a round of golf or walk to shops and restaurants, this cozy spot is the perfect base for your adventures.
The bedroom features a comfortable pre-made queen bed with plush pillows perfect for a good night's sleep. The living room offers an additional space with a futon for extra guests. Enjoy the full size kitchen, equipped for cooking and enjoying beautiful water views of Front Street to your right and Winyah Bay and Goat Island directly across from the marina where the property is situated. If you are visiting by boat or renting a boat locally, our guests are provided with their own boat slip just steps from your door and a boat landing around the corner for those who would like to trailer their own boat. We're happy to assist with any questions and help with reserving fishing guide services and other reservations while you stay at our apartment. ** Please note: if bringing a boat, please notify us ahead of time. We can usually accomodate boats of 25’ or less, but in the busy season we will need to know well in advance due to heavier boating traffic.
Unwind on our deck overlooking the bay with a fleet of beautiful sport-fishing boats, also offering private comfort areas like our “captain’s lounge” or walks along the docks to experience iconic sunsets. For our anglers wanting to cook their fresh catch from the waters of Winyah Bay or the Atlantic, the outdoor fish-cleaning station provides an area to commune and prepare for a meal of your fresh catch!
AMENITIES INCLUDE: On-site deep-water marina with electric and water, providing the ultimate convenience for boaters. Guests can dock their boats with ease or opt to rent a boat to explore the beautiful waters of Winyah Bay and beyond. Golfers will find top-tier courses along the Waccamaw Neck and Hammock Coast. High-speed internet and streaming services ensure seamless connectivity for our guests. This property has a Keurig, coffee pods, cream and sugar as well as paper towels, dish detergent and toiletries for guest convenience.

The apartment was perfectly located in the marina. We came by boat and loved the layout of the loft. It’s a short walk to main street historic district and perfect docking at Hazard Marina. We will be back to enjoy Moe of the hospitality in Georgetown SC!

This place is an absolute gem!! If you travel with a boat this is where you need to go. It comes with a place to tie up your boat and they have everything you need when you come back with some nice fish. Not to mention the seafood market just across the parking lot. We went here with our two sons (16,19) And our dog and it was perfect. The dock and rocking chairs are the perfect place to watch the sunset.It’s a short walk to the downtown/boardwalk. The restaurants and shopping are great! No need to drive anywhere once you get here.The host were amazing also. Very easy to reach if you have any questions and the special touches they have in the place for you is an amazing surprise. We will definitely be back!!

A wonderful spot with wonderful hosts. A few blocks stroll to downtown and a super waterfront view of GT harbour while you sip your morning coffee. If you have a boat it's a no brainier. It is a loft with sloped ceilings if you're over 6' it will be fine but like in a tall ship watch your head!
