The home boasts a spacious outdoor patio with a private hot tub and gas fire pit, nestled beside a serene trout-filled pond and offers enchanting views of the ski area and the San Sophia Ridge. Positioned a short walk to the ski slopes, gondola, market, and the heart of the Mountain Village core, this mountain retreat provides a remarkable level of convenience, comfort and privacy for any group!
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the formal Great Room offer breathtaking views of the ski resort and Elks Lake, while high ceilings and natural light bring the outdoors in. Relax by the stone fireplace with a movie or good book, or gather the group for games at one of the 3 sitting areas. The chef’s kitchen offers high-end appliances, a huge center island and a breakfast bar that overlooks the formal dining area and Great Room. Step outside to the private hot tub, fire pit and outdoor kitchen nestled next to the beautiful lake stocked with trout for fishing during the summer months!
The north wing of the main dwelling boasts 2 guest rooms with king-sized beds and a bunk room that sleeps 5. The south wing offers a spacious but cozy family room with comfortable seating centered around a big screen Smart TV and access to the laundry room and heated 2 car garage. Just hop on the free gondola (a 5 minute walk on a beautifully maintained trail) for a quick and jaw dropping 13-minute ride from start to stop! Ski access is a quick 200 yards up Benchmark drive to the lower Bridges run.
