This charming detached house is located opposite the owners' house, but offers complete privacy. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room (sofa, pull-out sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi), and a veranda. Four steps lead up to the two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). A spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom, an attic room with two single beds (80x190cm).
The south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny days (two garden furniture sets, barbecue, and outdoor games in the shed). You'll have access to a private, enclosed 2500m² garden within a 5000m² property. On-site parking is available. Electric vehicle charging is available via a Wallbox (charges apply on-site).

Private infinity pool (chlorine, 11x5m, depth 0.90m to 2.50m, accessed by a ladder, unheated).

Just 10 minutes from the town of Bergerac, whose old town is absolutely worth a visit, and in the heart of the vineyards, you'll be immersed in the spirit of Southwest France, renowned for its gastronomy and art of living. Take the time to stop and enjoy a glass of local wine or visit the beautiful fortified towns (bastides) in the area (Issigeac, Beaumont, Monpazier...). You'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to sightseeing, from culinary delights (local markets, etc.) and nature activities like hiking in the area or canoeing on the Dordogne River, to cultural experiences such as exploring the magnificent castles of Bridoire or Monbazillac.
Refreshments will be provided after your days of sightseeing in the superb private swimming pool.
