This cozy basement-level guest room has been lovingly furnished and offers around 33 m² – a perfect retreat close to the lake.
The location is fantastic:
Only a 7-minute walk separates you from the shores of Lake Ammersee – ideal for walks, swimming, or boat trips. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are also within easy reach.
The accommodation is also the perfect base for day trips and year-round highlights:
→ Into the Bavarian Alps and foothills – perfect for hiking, cycling, or winter sports
→ To Munich (approx. 50 minutes) – discover the city of culture and events:
• The world-famous Oktoberfest
• Numerous international trade fairs & conferences (e.g., ISPO, Expo Real, Bauma)
• Culture galore: museums, theaters, concerts, shopping, and culinary delights

All rooms are spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing.
There is plenty of space for your luggage.
