Relax in this tranquil house, nestled in the serene, very new suburb of Halswell. Perfect for solo travellers or couples seeking a peaceful retreat.

5yr old spacious home offers a large bedroom, wardrobe with pull out mirror, and with Queen bed, separate toilet, French door to private outdoor patio overlooking the garden. Quiet neighbourhood, handy to public transport, parks (5min walk), restaurants, bar and cafes(10mins walk), close to ChCh Airport (approx12-15mins) and CBD. Uncovered off street parking available.

House has guest and entertainment rooms with TVs that you are more than welcome to use. We like people and get on well with them. We are more than happy to share my dining facilities with guests. Also, we have separate guest kitchen which can be used too.
