Welcome to our luxurious condo located in the heart of downtown Surrey! Our beautifully furnished space offers all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and memorable stay in one of Canada's most vibrant cities.
A 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment in a convenient location that will surprise you with air conditioning that keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows and doors closed, you won't hear too much noise at night.
The space
The interior area is approximately 800 square feet.
The apartment is located on the higher floors of the building with a beautiful view of the city.

Bedroom 1: 1.5m queen size bed
Bedroom 2: 1.5m queen size bed
Living room: Double sofa bed

Bathroom: towels, washcloths, hair dryer; shampoo, conditioner and body wash
Kitchen: Cookware and kitchen utensils: pans, saucepans, woks, spatulas, etc.; gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster
Bedroom: 55" Smart TV: Netflix, Youtube.
Washer and dryer
Other amenities in the house: cleaning tools and supplies; high speed wireless internet (WIFI)

Popular destinations within walking distance of the apartment include Central City Mall, SFU and Whalley Stadium.
The apartment is located in the heart of Surrey's urban core; it is close to a variety of amenities and stores and is only a 10 minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants.
Guest access
As a tenant you will have private use of all the facilities in the house, including the bedroom, living room and bathroom; there are also other public facilities in the building, such as the gym, meeting rooms, etc., which you need to apply for; parcels can be picked up on the first floor of the building, and will be left in the vicinity of the mailbox area; there is also the possibility of receiving packages.
Other things to note
- ACCEPT Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 80CAD for guest who bring pet, please inform me in advance if you will bring a pet.
- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM;
- Parking space is underground in the building;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 11 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
