Cocoonr Agency offers for rent this 480m² chalet located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in La Clusaz.
Perfectly designed to accommodate a large group of up to 22 guests, it provides enough space for everyone to relax, rest or work in peace, or gather together for memorable shared moments.

The chalet boasts an ideal ski-in/ski-out location with direct access via the Var slope located just below the property.

Parking instructions will be given upon arrival and must be respected throughout the stay to avoid blocking neighborhood access.

Transport:
- Regular SIBRA lines Y62 and Y63 provide easy access to Annecy train station and La Clusaz bus station (approx. 60 minutes).
- The ARAVISBUS village line 1 stops near the chalet (available during the winter and summer seasons only), making it easy to reach the village center.
- Geneva International Airport is about 80 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles are also available from Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or VTC services.
- If you come by car, 4 outdoor private parking spaces and an underground garage are available.

- High-quality hotel linens (4/5-star standard) are provided. Beds are made on arrival. Kitchen towels and bath mats are also included.

You will be personally welcomed on site by a professional partner carefully selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you around the property, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
