Located near the Strand District, you`ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and history. Or take short drive down to seawall and relax on the beach with the cool gulf breezes. Your perfect Galveston escape awaits!
• WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
• Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from the Historic Strand and cruise terminals.
• Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
• Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
• WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
• Pet Policy: 1pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
• Parking: We allow for up to 2 cars in the driveway
As you pull up to this newer/modern home you will be welcome under a shaded car port just off a fenced in seating area. Make you way up to the front door and enter to find a convenient layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable King bed with en suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a twin-over-full bunk. Walk past the bedrooms to find the kitchen with unique appliances and a cozy living room/dining area. Finish off you evening with a drink on the back deck.
• Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
• Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
