The check-in/check-out process was simple. I loved the area. It was fully stacked. I couldn't have asked for more.

This property was just as advertised, clean, and located in a quiet, very walkable neighborhood.Parking is a struggle, but that's a Philly issue and had nothing to do with the individual location. You have the option to get set up with a residential parking pass which does cost extra, but in my opinion it was worth the money. There are transit stops just a few blocks down so it's also a good option for someone who won't have a car on their trip.The host was great. I had multiple questions during booking, and ended up reaching out last minute to get the parking pass and early check in set up. I also was confused with getting into the unit the first time, and couldn't get connected to the wifi. Every time I had a question, the host was super responsive and got back to me quickly.I think my only piece of feedback is that the check in, stay, and check out instructions are set up as multiple documents that need to be opened separately, and I think it would have been a bit easier if the information was condensed into one. But I only use Vrbo through my phone browser, so it might feel more streamlined if you use the app.Overall this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The space itself was fine, and the overall location great, but our experience with the host was frustrating enough to warrant a warning for future guests. The listing stated that a parking permit could be provided for a fee, and at check-in, the host even sent a photo of a physical permit, reinforcing that expectation. When we followed up to arrange one, communication broke down quickly. He was evasive and never answered questions directly. When we raised the parking issue by phone, he insisted his listing had never promised parking (it had), and spent most of the call lecturing us about how city parking works rather than listening to our concern. He offered to request a permit from the city but couldn't say when (or honestly, whether) it would come through. When we asked him to recommend nearby unpermitted blocks, he admitted he didn't know but suggested we put him on speaker while we drove around so he could help in real time. That wasn't a useful solution. What stood out most was his tone: dismissive, defensive, and condescending throughout. He spoke over us and never allowed us to get a word in. We left feeling talked down to rather than supported.
