Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath, and Smart TV for winding down after a day on the mountain.
Second Bedroom: One full bed + one twin bed, also with a Smart TV.
Living Room: Open-concept layout with a cozy queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax.
Dining & Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy meals together.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms for easy guest access.

Shared hot tub – perfect for après-ski relaxation.
Family-friendly courtyard and playground right outside your door.

Just 0.8 miles from Steamboat Ski Resort – about a 15-minute walk, 3-minute drive, or hop on the free public bus that drops you right at the base.
Only 3 miles to downtown Steamboat Springs for dining, shopping, and entertainment (about an 8-minute drive).
Things to Note:
Please be sure to account for all guests when you make your reservations. Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night.
We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.
We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
This property features a private gas grill, available upon request. Guests who wish to use it must arrange in advance and a $50 cleaning fee will apply. For a no-cost option, feel free to enjoy the two communal charcoal grills in the courtyard.
For our guest safety there is a security camera on the exterior of the units front door.

Security deposit policy
A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.

Checkin was super easy, communication with the host was great. Location was perfect with a bus route less an a 5 minute walk. Place was super clean with very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was good, but overall the stay could have been better. There was an overall smell in the property that seemed like there used to be smokers in the unit. The bathroom shower in the master would not turn on. They charge 165 for cleaning fee but require that you take out the trash, do a load of laundry, and a load of dishes.
