Only 3 miles to downtown Steamboat Springs for dining, shopping, and entertainment (about an 8-minute drive). Things to Note: Please be sure to account for all guests when you make your reservations. Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever. Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box. This property features a private gas grill, available upon request. Guests who wish to use it must arrange in advance and a $50 cleaning fee will apply. For our guest safety there is a security camera on the exterior of the units front door. Thank you.
