Parking:
Ample private parking for 4-6 vehicles, depending on size, is available for your convenience, allowing you to easily come and go throughout your stay. Access: You’ll have complete access to the entire house (with the exception of the housekeeping closet and garage), making it your home away from home. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of our coastal retreat, perfect for creating lasting family memories.
Pet Policy - fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a maximum of two and max 50 lbs each. NO exceptions. No other types of pets allowed. The non-refundable pet fee is $100 per dog per stay.
We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home.
Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
