No unregistered overnight visitors are permitted. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
Prior to check-in, all registered guests must provide one valid government-issued photo ID for screening and safety purposes. Failure to provide valid ID will result in refusal of entry.
A valid credit card must also be submitted on the online check-in form for pre-authorization only. This hold will be automatically released within 2 days of checkout, following a successful property inspection.
