The Experience
From the moment you pull down the private drive, you’ll be greeted by the serene beauty of the Kentucky countryside. Spend mornings sipping coffee on the deck, evenings watching sunsets by the fire pit, and nights unwinding in the hot tub or speakeasy.
Inside, six beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms comfortably host up to 12 guests. Two spacious living rooms and multiple entertainment areas ensure everyone has room to spread out.

Designed for chefs and entertainers alike, the kitchen features a Wolf gas range with griddle, 4 ovens, 2 refrigerators, and plenty of prep space. Dine casually in the breakfast area, enjoy a formal meal for 12–16 in the dining room, or take the gathering outdoors to the deck overlooking the pool.
Two Living Rooms
Relax in the main living room with its rustic stone fireplace, or slip into the second lounge near the sunroom. Both open to expansive decks with sweeping views.
