The Name Confusion:The biggest issue starts before you even walk through the door. The actual building does not display a name, and the business goes by two or three different names online. To make matters worse, transportation apps show a completely different name for this location, making it incredibly confusing for drivers and guests to find.Room Maintenance issues:The room amenities were highly disappointing. Both the geyser (water heater) and the TV were out of order. Despite making repeated complaints to the staff, the issues were never resolved during the stay.Overpriced Food:While the food quality is strictly average, the prices are heavily inflated. The hotel charges rates equivalent to a 3-star establishment, which the taste and service simply do not justify.Verdict: 1/5 Stars. The management seriously needs to fix their property's signage, commit to basic maintenance, and price their food realistically.
