Single-level house with a view of Bellingham Bay on a quiet cul-de-sac on Barkley Hill. Fenced backyard (no grass). Access Bellingham's extensive trail network from the back gate. One mile to the amenities of Barkley Village. Heat pump provides central air-conditioning and heating with back-up gas furnace and fireplace. HOA requires a 30-day minimum rental.
