    My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived for check-in and presented our booking details, the reception staff and owner demanded additional money before the check-in. Despite repeated arguments, they remained firm on charging extra, which felt highly unprofessional and dishonest. Thankfully, Agoda stepped in and helped resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The hotel lacks proper room service. Since they operate a restaurant on the ground floor, food and tea are only delivered to rooms depending on how busy the restaurant is, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The staff was unhelpful and failed to provide even basic customer service. Overall, the experience felt far below standard, and the property operates more like a dharamshala than a hotel. I strongly urge Agoda to review and consider blacklisting such properties to protect customers from similar experiences.
