I am quite disappointed with my experience. The call from the reception was not satisfactory and felt rather rude.
I faced issues while trying to make a reservation directly through the hotel. When I called, I was told there was no vacancy, yet Agoda showed availability at the same time. This contradiction, along with the difference in charges, was very confusing and frustrating.
I had booked two rooms, but unfortunately, my son fell sick and we could not travel. I requested the hotel to adjust one room and settle the rent accordingly. However, they refused, saying that since the booking was made through Agoda, they could not assist. On the other hand, Agoda informed me that such decisions depend entirely on the hotel.
Overall, the lack of coordination and support from both sides was very disappointing.
