This brand new luxury vacation home, which can accommodate up to 22 overnight guests, is located in an attractive vacation home area on the beautiful Bratten Beach, between Frederikshavn and Skagen. Nothing has been left to chance here – the house has been built with an eye for comfort, quality, and the small details that make a vacation extra special. The holiday home offers every conceivable luxury and a wealth of activities for both children and adults. The inviting pool area features a luxurious swimming pool with a slide, a large hot tub, and a comfortable water temperature of at least 28 degrees all year round – the perfect setting for hours of fun, relaxation, and enjoyment. The pool is a saltwater pool, which means it has the lowest possible chemical content and is therefore skin-friendly. Treat yourself to a dip in the luxurious hot tub and the warm sauna, which can give you the full wellness experience and holiday relaxation. The house has no less than 9 bedrooms and a loft with 4 beds. In addition, there are also 3 bathrooms. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with two high chairs, a sofa area, and a wood-burning stove. The well-designed kitchen with wood-burning stove has a refrigerator and a large freezer, as well as two dishwashers and two stoves, so there are plenty of opportunities for cooking. The house is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, built around four separate sleeping areas at one end of the house and five bedrooms connected to the activity room, with a total of nine bedrooms. Each section has its own bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom connected to the pool area and activity room. In addition, there is a loft that is perfect for children's play or watching a good movie on TV. For active guests, the large activity room offers billiards, table tennis, and table football. The luxury experience continues outside. The large terraces provide the setting for relaxing moments and cozy barbecue evenings, and the large grounds invite play and activity with soccer goals, a play tower, swing, sandbox, and trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance). The location is ideal – the holiday home is situated in some of North Jutland's most beautiful countryside in the very popular Bratten area: there is plenty of space between the holiday homes, and wildlife can be experienced up close. Only a few minutes' walk from the child-friendly beach and a short drive to Skagen's unique attractions. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
