    Excellent value hotel. 24 hr reception welcomed me and helped me with luggage at 2am after delayed flight from Luxor. Rooms are super clean and new. Restaurant on 5th floor serves delicious food. Breakfast was good with plenty of coffee. Rooftop views across plateau. Overall a relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

    I was given a “clean” towel that still had food residue (looked like noodles) stuck on it. I immediately informed the staff and was told a new towel would be brought, but nothing happened until I asked again later. Also, if you are staying on December 31, be very careful. I booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop, but on that day, guests were not allowed to access the rooftop in the evening unless they paid an additional $100. As a hotel guest, I believe rooftop access should be included. What made it worse was the inconsistent information from staff. At first, on 12/31 they said guests could use the rooftop until 7 PM, then later changed it to 6 PM. Staff members all said different things and were generally unhelpful and unfriendly. Between the cleanliness issue, poor communication, and unfair restrictions for hotel guests, this stay was very disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again.

    The hotel has a great view of the pyramids but its shuch a shame we had such an experience, well there is nothing unique about the view all the places equally have it including the pizza hut next doors.. the food they served me had alott of paprika when I told the server he told it is written in the menu and I should have known but so much that even ad an Indian I could not eat it .. I called for some shredded cheese thank god he gave that but even after that it us inedible and the shamelessly kept smiling and joking infact there was a white lady who left her food and they offered to change it and they did right infront of us. I had also requested to tone the chilli down they simply refused. It was down right insulting .. I said this to them while paying my bill thay they were just being racist but they shamelessly smiled and even wanted a tip. So I would just encourage if you are not while or passports which are perceived as first world just skip the humiliation. The breakfast usually has stale stuff which I had read in other agoda reviews so that stands correct.
