This charming home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms, designed for comfort and relaxation. Unwind by the private heated pool (available for $25/night) or enjoy the nearby golf club, canal access, and kayaking. With a blend of style and functionality, this home is perfect for families and groups seeking both fun and tranquility.

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, yard, and pool area. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway (no street or grass parking). Boats, trailers, or RVs must be approved in advance. Garage is mainly used for storage and may have one car parked during summer and Christmas.
Additional Details
•Pool Heater: $25 per night (request 48 hrs before check-in)
•Stays 30+ Nights: $300/month utilities fee covers internet, water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas
•Noise Policy: No outdoor music after 9pm Sun–Thurs, and after 10pm Fri–Sat
•Trash: Please take bins to the street on trash day and return them after
•Laundry: There may be clean laundry left in the dryer on arrival — feel free to set it aside. Plenty of towels and linens will be provided separately.
•Maintenance: Lawn and pool service may occur during your stay but won’t require entry into the home.
•Water Heating: During colder nights, pool heating depends on outside temperatures. Typically, water stays comfortable unless temps fall below 50°F (rare in Florida).
•Waiver: A waiver must be signed before your reservation begins.
