Great location. Very comfortable. Plenty of facilities for self catering. Nice and warm.
Fireplace wasn’t cleaned out and no instructions on how to work it but we managed and it did keep the house cosy. Bins were overflowing from previous guests and some rubbish was in the garden. Think the batteries in the door keypads are running low because rear one stopped working.

Furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Wood fire and heaters made rooms warm and cozy. House had everything you need.
Location was on the main road into Oberon, but it's not busy so the house was quiet.
We'd also recommend a visit with the lovely staff in the tourist information centre.
2 bathrooms were great, but neither was ensuite.
Had to turn TV on and off at the powerpoint.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Perfect bed configuration for three girlfriends enjoying a road trip. The beds were so clean.
Two bathrooms were perfect, and the big bath to die for.
The added addition of wood supplied for the heater was next level and so appreciated.
Clean, comfortable and well equipped.
We would definitely stay again.
Suited our purposes beautifully. Did not spend time outside.

The fireplace
No heating in the bedrooms, the beds were hard, no coffee cups for the coffee machine. The photos on Booking was not what I got when I entered the premises. I can’t believe that it has a 4 star rating. Also it was more expensive than the hotel. The access to the premises is not welcoming as there was knee high grass. Also the back door doesn’t close when closing you need to close it with a slide lock.
