The property was in a really quiet neighborhood. The property itself is a duplex but when I tell you, we never heard the people next-door, we never heard the people next-door. The color of the house is just vibrant and adorable and the outside seating area with lights and a little fire pit was awesome. Once we got in the house, I completely fell in love with it. The floor from one end the house to the other end of the house is painted and was such an adorable addition to this space. It made the house feel happy. We loved the fact that everything was included even things that you would use to go out on the water, sunblock and bags and wet bags. They even provided quick dry towels. The house has a washer and a dryer, which was nice. The furniture in the living room is super comfortable and the beds were exceptional. Absolutely recommend this place and if we ever come back to this area, we will try to rent again.

We absolutely loved this place! It was a happy surprise! We loved the fun decor and details. Wonderful host by providing gear: Beach towels, cooler, dry bags etc. Kitchen was stocked with water, snacks, coffee etc. which is always so appreciated. Having 2 rooms with 2 large beds and 2 bathrooms was amazing for what we had going on. Super spacious and loved having the laundry room to get all our swim stuff clean. The patio was so fun and loved having a space for downtime. Location was great too!

The home is nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped. You can tell that the owners gave thought to what should be supplied in a rental home. This was a perfect house for me and my wife. Emily (the host) was very quick to answer any questions that I sent. The location was a bonus, not in the middle of all the high traffic areas. Instead it's in a quiet neighborhood that is a short ride to all the attractions. A welcome brochure was supplied electronically and included very useful information on attractions, restaurants and the departure procedure. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
Maybe checkout at 11:00am instead of 10:00am :-)
