Disappointing

Room was dirty and not cleaned after the last stay. Said they would send house keeping...no one ever came. Couldn't call and speak to a live person, could only contact through booking.com messages which didn't seem to take seriously.

Dirty room...not resolved in the 2 nights we stayed. Had to buy my own stuff to clean the linens and towels to be able to sleep on a clean bed and shower. Couch in the bedroom room looked like it was at the last Diddy party. So gross! No way to speak in real time to a person

Absolutely terrible - a scam listing that absolutely ruined my first night of vacation

No communication from hosts at all; had to get another rental after spending 3 hours on the phone with booking.com; phone in use was disconnected. Obviously a scam, should not be on renatls.com - DO NOT USE!
