Excellent apartment. Just perfect for a single person or a couple. The apt is well provided with modern equipment and comforts. The apartment is located in a community of high standards. It has basic conveniences like a coffee shop, a small grocery store etc within a short walking distance. Yas Mall is a 5 mins drive away ( or a 25 mins walk)
One thing missing in the apartment; a clothes drying rack, was provided immediately as soon as I made a request

It’s cleaned
Water at shower very low pressure and bad smile comes from the skin of the kitchen
Some work was ongoing during my stay and it was very noisy which supposed to have another room on different block but I don’t know why they give me room with construction activity
