Very clean and well maintained. Easy to find the villa, etc

Our air conditioning didn’t work in the entire villa, and really hard to get a hold of staff. Also, please note that there are no bath soap or toiletries provided

Taylia was great, don’t ever let her go. She was very professional, friendly,helpful, she went out of her way and made us feel right at home. Sam was great as well, he's a keeper. We would come back and stay with you anytime and would recommend KIN KORA VILLAGE to all looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy. All you might need is very close. Some wear to hang bath towels to dry. Mats to soak up shower water, or put up a shower curtain. Some wear to hang up clothes. It would be nice if the bedroom had a privacy curtain and a small shelf beside bed. As I’m handicap and have a hard time with my balance sometimes and my backs stuffed, the front stairs were scary with no rails. Just little things, but I wanted to let you know because the place is very beautiful. Thanks Deb

Privacy and after hours check in process was easy.

The key had the right cabin number but it wouldn’t lock either the screen or the glass door. When we arrived at night the door was unlocked probably for the same reason!

Good location for us being close to my daughter’s house.

It advertised it has wifi and TV. The wifi didn’t work and the TV had no reception. It was a bit messy around the park, but I know they have had a lot of rain. The planes flying over the top was loud and also the coal trains.
