The common area was comfortable, the lady who was there (when she was there) was very kind
One of the cats peed in my bag.... No-one was there, so I had to contact them on Whatsapp (different person than the nice lady) - there were no excuses made, there was no help, i could not even use the laundry soap ..... after trying to wash my bag and everything inside it still smells so much and unfortunately I have to trow it ....
