Peaceful, relaxing and welcomed

Property itself is beautifully presented and extremely clean and well laid out. The breathtaking views from the patio/garden across open fields are stunning and being able to spot deer . The owners are lovely and welcoming and made us feel at home . Highly recommend a stay at Deer View

What an absolute treat this was, with wonderful welcoming hosts and a genuine home away from home there is not a thing more I could of wanted or needed, I can't wait to return In the summer and really take advantage of the immense views through the day and beautiful starry nights, if a quick get away from reality is what you need then look mo further than this. P.S I captured a great photo of 3 deers making their way across the back fields what a delight!!! Thanks again Mark and Louise!!

Sightseeing Base

The hosts Louise and Mark were friendly and couldnt do enough for you,accommodation A*,couldnt fault at all,the outdoor space was incredible spacious for my dog and allready booked to go again,and hoping weather permitting will use the outdoor seating area with a stunning view

Home from Home without washing-up!

*Breakfast There was lots of choice of breakfast, so we got a good start to the day. - a full loaf of white bread, butter, jams, cereals, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and mineral water. *No washing-up Although there was no kitchen sink in this kitchenette (only the washbasin in the bathroom), as there are lovely plates, some cutlery, toaster and a microwave, we had a nice hot meal which we brought in. After the meal we found a washing bowl, but not washing-up liquid. Then we were following the owner's suggestion, "Just leave them in washing-up bowl." So, there is no hassle about the washing-up, thus avoiding the risk of breaking the plates! *Warm welcoming The day when we arrived was very cold, but the rooms were already well heated, which was very welcome. And the new thick duvet was very warm and comfortable. *Facility - Easy and clean The instruction for getting the key was easy and secure. The bathroom is clean, and shower is easy to use. The radiator is easy to control. *Nice view Terrace, field and countryside view. Feel the nature as we heard some barking close by, maybe deer or fox!

*Breakfast It would be nice to have the option of, say, muesli and whole meal bread.

Perfect birthday break away

Beautiful property- loved the secure garden for our dogs to use. Private entrance was also ideal for when we were back late. Hosts were exceptional! Couldn’t have done anymore for us if they tried. We loved it will definitely be back! Property was also an ideal location for all the activities we wanted to do. It was in the middle of everywhere.

We loved our stay at Deers View and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Spotlessly clean in a quiet location with lovely views over fields at the back. We had biscuits, cereals, milk, bread, butter and jams left for us which is a nice touch. The owners, Mark and Louise, are great friendly hosts that couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.

While we found the mattresses comfortable, they would benefit from a thick topper.
