Mark & Louise were great hosts - made sure to welcome us and stopped to chat. The property was perfectly clean and in great shape - everything recently renovated. Comfy beds, modern bathroom and lovely view on the garden. Much appreciated the gesture of leaving some bits for breakfast, which we had outdoors. I would definitely recommend and would come back if in the area.

What a wonderful peaceful stay - we were very welcomed upon arrival and the lovely little touches are very much appreciated such as breakfast items, milk, tea coffee, the view and seated area outside is so cosy and relaxing - just listening to the birds and chilling is what ‘Deer View’ is about!! Perfect for a few nights away and close enough to see Oxford, Ipswich and beyond. Perfect base with parking and it was so comfortable and was great for my elderly Mum!!
The only thing that would have helped is a handle on the wall by the door to aid my mum as she was elderly but this was manageable- just a suggestion

Wonderful hosts Louise and Mark, very comfortable accommodation with nice touches such as the extra bits in the fridge, bread for the toaster etc. It was spotlessly clean, and I enjoyed the peaceful views over the countryside. Loved the outside area to sit and enjoy a cuppa or a glass of wine. Looking forward to staying again next time.

Extremely clean, comfortable, perfect for a couple of nights' stay. Our dogs really appreciated the enclosed garden. The hosts were very friendly and did everything they could to make sure we had a nice stay. Highly recommend!!!
